What is the maximum cable length I can use with my Quant GR1?

One metre

A maximum cable length of one metre should be used with the Quant GR1 detector. We would recommend you use the cable supplied by Kromek when possible.

Using a longer cable may introduce background noise due to voltage supplied to the detector dropping.
