      The battery of my D5 RIID drains really quickly

      Charge and drain

      Charge your D5 RIID to 100%, then drain it to 0%.

      Attempt this a minimum of 3 times to retrain the fuel gage.

      If you are still experiencing problems after attempting this and your device is in warranty, get in touch with our service team by submitting a service ticket on the Kromek Customer Portal.

      If your device is out of warranty, you can still contact our service team to find out what battery change and recalibration services are available to you and at what cost.
