No counts are acquired during measurements taken with the Alpha Beta Probe

3 key steps

First, try unplugging and plugging the Alpha Beta Probe back into the RayMon tablet, D5 RIID or USB slot of your laptop/PC, and retry.

Also ensure you are using the USB cable provided with the device.
