My TN15 detector won't turn on

A few checks

First, check the USB cable is plugged in properly on both sides. Make sure you are not using a USB hub.

Then, try plugging the detector into a different USB slot in the laptop/PC if the TN15 detector is not being picked up.

Try out a different cable, and ensure the cable you are using is also less than 1m.
