A few checks
First, check the USB cable is plugged in properly on both sides.
Then, try plugging the detector into a different USB slot in the laptop/PC if the GR detector is not being picked up.
Make sure the cable you are using is the one Kromek provided with the device.
Also ensure that the cables in the back of the device are orientated correctly and screwed finger tight.
