My NaI Probe wont turn on

A few checks

First, check the USB cable is plugged in properly to your RayMon or laptop/PC.

Then, try plugging the detector into a different USB slot in the laptop/PC if the NaI Probe is not being picked up.

Also ensure the USB-C insert of the cable is plugged properly into the NaI Probe itself. 

Try out a different cable, and ensure the cable you are using is less than 1m.
