      My GR detector won't turn on

      A few checks

      First, check the USB cable is plugged in properly on both sides.

      Then, try plugging the detector into a different USB slot in the laptop/PC if the GR detector is not being picked up.

      Try out a different cable, and ensure the cable you are using is also less than 1m.

      If your GR detector still won’t turn on, do not hesitate to get in touch with our service team by submitting a service ticket on the Kromek Customer Portal.
