Checking cables and power sources

First, check to see if you are using the cable Kromek provided.

If that isn’t working, try a different cable and then a different power source.

If you are in possession of the charge stack option, attempt wireless charging.

If your D3S ID still won’t charge, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our service team by submitting a service ticket on the Kromek Customer Portal.
