      My Alpha Beta Probe won't turn on

      A few checks

      First, check the USB cable is plugged in properly to your RayMon, D5 RIID or laptop/PC.

      Then, try plugging the detector into a different USB slot in the laptop/PC if the Alpha Beta Probe is not being picked up.

      Also ensure the USB-C insert of the cable is plugged properly into the Alpha Beta Probe itself. 

      Try out a different cable, and ensure the cable you are using is less than 1m.

      If your Alpha Beta Probe will still not turn on, do not hesitate to get in touch with our service team by submitting a service ticket on the Kromek Customer Portal.
