I've lost the Bluetooth® signal between my D3M detector and phone

Power, charge and pairing

First, make sure your D3M detector is on and fully charged.

Then, check to see if the device is paired with the phone and the ID app.

Ensure your D3M is connected to the Kromek ID app via Bluetooth®.

If after these steps, the Bluetooth® connection has not been restored, do not hesitate to get in touch with our service team by submitting a service ticket on the Kromek Customer Portal.
