Power, charge and pairing
First, make sure your D3S detector is on and fully charged.
Then, check to see if the device is paired with the phone and the ID app.
To find out how to pair your D3S ID to the phone and Kromek ID app, refer to Section 6 Page 23 of the D3S ID manual.
If after these steps, the Bluetooth® connection has not been restored, do not hesitate to get in touch with our service team by submitting a service ticket on the Kromek Customer Portal.
