      How do I perform software calibrations with my SIGMA 25/50?

      Energy, resolution and efficiency

      Energy resolution and efficiency calibrations can be completed in KSpect and MultiSpect Analysis for the SIGMA 25/50.

      To perform the calibrations, you can use data from the certificate of calibration or the data you yourself have collected.

      For more information on how to do this, refer to page 17 of the KSpect/MultiSpect Analysis manual.
