My SIGMA 25/50 is connected to KSpect/MSA on my laptop/PC, but no counts are acquired during measurements

3 key steps

First, try unplugging and plugging the SIGMA 25/50 back into the laptop/PC, and retry.

Also ensure you are using the USB cable provided with the device.
