I can't see my D3M detector on Ciris

Check if there's a Bluetooth connection

Ciris will not be able to see a D3M detector if it has a current Bluetooth connection.

Either disconnect the Bluetooth connection between the D3M detector and the phone, or just simply turn the phone off entirely.
