How is the Alpha Beta Probe powered?
USB
The Alpha Beta Probe is powered directly via a USB connection, either to the RayMon tablet, D5 RIID or into a laptop/PC.
The Probe itself has a USB-C insert.
To connect to the RayMon or laptop/PC, the power cable or adapter must be USB-C to USB-A.
To connect to the D5 RIID or laptop/PC, the power cable or adapter must be USB-C to USB-C.
It is recommended that you use the power cable supplied by Kromek to preserve data quality.
The Alpha Beta probe does not have an internal battery.
