How do I export data from my Alpha Beta Probe when it's connected to the D5 RIID?

There are two different options you can choose from

All data, including data collected by the Alpha Beta Probe, is saved in the ‘device history’ section of the D5 RIID, in an ANSI N42.42 file format.

The method of file extraction is user configurable, depending on security requirements. There are two different options you can choose from:

  1. The Kromek ‘D5 explorer’ software can be used to extract files. By disabling the ‘file transfer’ setting on the D5 RIID, the D5 RIID will always require the D5 explorer tool to extract data, adding an extra level of security.
  2. When the ‘file transfer’ setting is enabled, data can be extracted directly from the device without the need for additional software. This is an easier option and more flexible to your needs.
