How do I calibrate my Quant GR1 unit?

Quant GR1 detectors do not self-calibrate but can be calibrated manually. It is recommended your Quant GR1 detector be calibrated annually.

It is guaranteed that the device will be in calibration for the duration of the warranty period (12 months). If your product is out of warranty, there will be an investigation fee for our calibration services.

For calibration to be completed, your Quant GR1 detector must be sent back to Kromek. To arrange this, get in touch with our service team by submitting a service ticket on the Kromek Customer Portal.
