How do I calibrate my Alpha Beta Probe?

The Alpha Beta Probe does not self-calibrate but can be calibrated manually. It is recommended the device be calibrated annually.

It is guaranteed that the device will be in calibration for the duration of the warranty period (12 months). If your product is out of warranty, there will be an investigation fee for our calibration services.

For calibration to be completed, your Alpha Beta Probe must be sent back to Kromek. To arrange this, get in touch with our service team by submitting a service ticket on the Kromek Customer Portal.
